PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ZSW series vibrating feeder carries material pieces and particles evenly, regularly and continuously from feed hopper to feed receiving equipment during its working process. It can be used in a sand-making production line to evenly and continuously feed crushers and to perform primary screening of the material.
It is widely used in integrated crushing and screening equipment in metallurgy, coal mining, benefaction, building materials, chemical industry, abrasive industries etc.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- High efficiency, low operation cost
It adopts the dual eccentric shaft as the vibration source. It has a stable stroke to ensure the liquidity of materials and to reduce blockage. It features high throughput, efficiency, simple structure, no rotating parts, limited wear parts, and thus making it low in power consumption and energy-saving.
- Adaptability and low investment
It is adaptable to various types of rocks, especially sticky rocks. It can be used in dusty and moist environments. It is small in volume, light in weight, compact in structure, and low in investment and highly cost-effective.
- Stable and reliable
The machine has a good consistency and the vibrating force can be adjusted.
