The Website and all stipulations herein refer to the Terms of Use applicable to all users either as a guest or Registered User. All users are required to read carefully these terms of use before using the Website. The use of the website indicates that user accepts and abides with the terms of use.

In case user does not agree with the terms of use, user should immediately cease using the website.

The User is granted a non-transferable and revocable license to use the website under these terms of use.

The Website is operated by POWERTRAC INCORPORATED, a corporation duly organised and  existing by and under the laws of the Philippines, with head office address at 2015-C Apolonia Street, Brgy. Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Powertrac Inc. reserves the right to change, alter, modify or remove the terms of use at any time without prior notice to the user.

Registered User is solely responsible for its access to the Website which releases Powertrac Inc. from any liability in case of any damage that may result to user for any unauthorised access.

User shall not in any way, directly or indirectly, use the website or submit to Powertrac Inc. or to the website anything which in any respect is:

    a) in breach of any law, statute or regulation of the Philippines;
    b) deceptive, false, fraudulent, misleading or unlawful; or
    c) obscene, indecent, pornographic, profane, vulgar, racist, sexist, discriminatory, offensive, derogatory, 
        harmful, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, malicious or in any way abusive.

User agrees to comply at all times with any instructions for use of the website which Powertrac Inc. may implement from time to time.

User shall render Powertrac Inc. free and harmless from any liability or responsibility in relation to user’s inability to use or delay in use of the website or any material in it.

When permitted by law, Powertrac Inc. will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues or data, financial loses or exemplary or punitive damages.

In all cases, Powertrac Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the user, whether as guest or Registered User, that is not foreseeable.

Any claim, dispute, legal action or proceeding arising out of or connected with the use of  the Website shall be brought in the proper courts of Valenzuela City only to the exclusion of all other venues.

The Terms of Use and Policy in the Website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event that any of the terms herein or policy should be declared contrary to law or public policy, or is otherwise declared invalid or unenforceable, such term or policy shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of use which shall remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable between Users, whether guest or Registered User.
